Our History
Since opening its doors on 13 February 2010, Bravo! Restaurant has become a beloved gathering place on the waterfront of Eden Island. What began as a vision to create a welcoming restaurant with exceptional food, warm hospitality, and beautiful marina views has grown into one of Seychelles’ favourite dining destinations. For over 16 years, we have been bringing people together over memorable meals, celebrating the vibrant flavours of Creole cuisine alongside international favourites. From casual lunches and sunset cocktails to family celebrations and special occasions, Bravo! has always been about creating moments worth sharing. Today, we remain true to our roots — serving great food, offering genuine hospitality, and providing a relaxed island atmosphere where locals and visitors alike can experience the best of Seychelles waterfront dining.

What we believe in
Head Chef Berard, known simply as “Chef” to his team, has been part of Bravo! Restaurant since the very beginning. Born and raised in Seychelles, he later spent six years in Canada refining his culinary training and sharpening his craft.
Chef’s philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: exceptional food begins with the finest ingredients and a true passion for culinary excellence.
Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to tell a story… Every flavor carefully balanced and every plate crafted with purpose. Our aim is always to deliver an authentic waterfront dining experience in Seychelles that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.
